You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase.

Our hair spray is a cosmetic product. Product descriptions are for general information and are not medical claims; results vary from person to person. Product images are illustrative, and packaging may vary slightly. Perform a patch test before first use and stop use if irritation occurs. For external use only; avoid contact with eyes.

All prices are listed in US dollars and include any applicable discounts. Shipping costs and taxes, if any, are shown at checkout before payment. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by them, with a full refund.

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or that we cannot fulfill, in which case you'll receive a full refund.

Shipping is covered by our Shipping policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund & return policy, which form part of these terms.

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to ACNT or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for fraudulent purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACNT is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
